Hello, I’m Lauren

— a product design leader at Accenture Song.

I lead teams of designers through ambiguity, aligning cross-functional partners around a strategic vision — and bringing that vision to life with clarity and care.

I believe great design is driven by empathy and elevated through research. Whether launching new platforms, scaling design systems, or rethinking legacy experiences, I lead with a focus on outcomes for both users and the business.

Work that matters

Over the past 10+ years, I’ve led product design for a wide range of industries — from healthcare to pet parenting to retail streaming television.

My teams have:

  • Launched products to market that have generated millions in revenue

  • Transformed digital ecosystems to support long-term growth

  • Shaped user-centered product visions that secured multi-year investments

For the last year, I've been leading the product design for an AI-powered platform that empowers low-code/no-code users and developers alike to configure, deploy, and manage agent teams and workflows.

Early tests with teams using our platform demonstrate we’re on track to build something truly differentiated within the fast-evolving AI tool space. Stay tuned for more!
